What is the Disaster Dislocated Worker Program?

The Disaster Dislocated Worker Programs provide temporary employment (up to 2,080 hours) for workers affected by a natural disaster, including Hurricane Maria. Disaster relief employment jobs may include the clean up of debris and restoration of damaged properties, as well as humanitarian assistance-type jobs. The pay rate for the jobs offered through these programs generally ranges between $12 and $20 an hour.
